Spring is well under way and summer is just round the corner, so what better way to enjoy the changing of the seasons than outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of Hyde Park?
In conjunction with yoga teachers Adam Husler and Anina Grosser, The Magazine is providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and re-energise with Sunday morning yoga, followed by breakfast at the restaurant. Adam Husler is an alignment focused Vinyasa teacher, while Anina Grosser’s practice is influenced by psychology and the spine.
After the hour-long session, tuck into a healthy and delicious vegan-themed breakfast. The menu features dishes such as Coconut Porridge, Chai Spices and Almonds; Buckwheat Pancake, whipped Avocado and smoked Pequillos; Sweet and Sour Carrot, Tofu and crispy Quinoa, and Celeriac Hummus, Crudités and Tahini, or Moroccan Fruit Tagine, Pomegranate and Puffed Rice, Scrambled Wild Mushrooms, Lovage and Heritage Tomatoes.
Suitable for all levels, the first yoga class will be held on Sunday 24th April with further sessions to be confirmed. Priced at £25 per person, tickets must be booked in advance as places are limited. To book your place, call 0207 298 7552 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Participants should arrive by 7.45am in time for the class, which runs from 8am-9am, with breakfast in the Magazine restaurant taking place from 9am-10am.
