
The Magazine restaurant at Serpentine Sackler Gallery celebrates the festive season with a fabulous new Christmas Afternoon Tea menu. The Christmas Afternoon, priced at £25 per person including a cocktail, launches on 25th November and is available until 23rd December, from Wednesday to Sunday, 3.30-5pm
Savouries include: Angus beef fillet tartare and black truffle; Chestnut, goat’s cheese and fig; Duck ham, chicory and kumquat and Smoked eel, granny Smith and celeriac
Sweets include: Brown butter financier, white chocolate and cranberry; Profiterole, mulled wine and hazelnut and Banana and walnut macaron
Scones, Mince Pies a great selection of Ronnefeldt Teas and cocktails: The Magazine Bellini (Homemade plum preserve, chilli, Prosecco) or Gluhwein (Christmas spiced red wine, warmed gently with spiced apple, citrus peel, red berry fruit tea, garnished with cinnamon and red currants) complete the offering. Situated five minutes walk from the Serpentine Gallery, just north of the Serpentine bridge, The Magazine restaurant is Zaha Hadid Architects’ first central London permanent project. It opened, together with the Serpentine Sackler Gallery in late 2013 as a new cultural destination for London.
