The Cooks’ Room is now open at Hawksmoor Borough

April 7, 2017

The Cooks’ Room, an exciting new 16-cover space, is now open at Hawksmoor Borough. With its own open kitchen, the Cooks’ Room will serve as a creative hub for the restaurant and a unique private area for customers.

Richard Turner (Group Executive Chef), Matt Brown (Executive Chef) and Carla Henriques (Executive Pastry Chef) have created three special feasting menus: Beef, launching this month and, Surf & Turf and Pork, which will be launching in the summer. Feasting Menus are priced from £65 per person and can be booked for up to 16 people.

Furthermore, the Cooks’ Room will host a series of events starting later this spring, in which some of the country’s best chefs will be asked to create their own version of a Hawksmoor meal. Confirmed chefs so far include Fergus Henderson, Nathan Outlaw, Stuart Andrew, Nieves Barragán Mohacho, Tom Adams, Elizabeth Haigh (neé Allen) and Robin Gill, with many more to come. All proceeds from this series of guest chef dinners will go to Action Against Hunger’s #UniteAgainstFamine appeal. Dates and booking details to follow.
