Smoke & Salt opens next week in Pop Brixton with soft launch

June 9, 2017

Smoke & Salt, the well-loved Modern British pop-up restaurant formerly located at Islington’s Chapel Bar, is moving on to pastures new with their first permanent venue at Pop Brixton, 49 Brixton Station Road, SW9 8PW. This time, however, the focus is on a range of exquisite small plates.

Smoke & Salt will be on soft launch for dinner only from 13th–15th June and opens fully on Monday 19th June.

This exciting new 27-cover restaurant from talented chefs Remi Williams and Aaron Webster opens along with a brand new food offering available every day of the week for lunch and dinner, and is brilliant value at around £35 per head, including drinks.

The menu reflects the best of the season’s produce using the ancient cooking techniques of curing, smoking and preserving. Think Pork belly with broccoli, pumpkin seeds and London honey, Chalkstream trout with house made tacos, jalapeño & white onion salsa and Pea tartare with snap peas, miso yoghurt and lemon.
