Smoke & Salt is a new and exciting one-year residency from two bright and talented young chefs. Remi Williams and Aaron Webster, previously of Notting Hill’s The Shed and Dinner by Heston respectively, have combined their fine dining experience to create a clever and interesting five-course tasting menu at Chapel Bar, 29 Penton Street, London N1 2PX. As the name invokes, the two chefs champion the ancient techniques of smoking and salting mixed with new and interesting flavours.
Their bold and adventurous culinary techniques are available from Thursday to Sunday for dinner for £38 a head, with a brunch offering available all day on Sunday until evening service. The restaurant focuses on produce seasonality with a rotating menu on a monthly basis and is not to missed.
