It’s a menu packed full of utterly brilliant regional brunch dishes from across Mexico handpicked by Edson and Natalie, firm favourites that the couple feast on when back home.
Take your pick from Chilaquiles Verdes with Eggs, Crema & Gringa Dairy Chihuahua cheese and the Torta Ahogada – a baguette from neighbouring ST John Bakery filled with pork belly, drowned in Morita Salsa and topped with pink pickled onion; a pile of Edson’s Tres Leches pancakes as well as St. JOHN bakery doughnuts with some surprise Mexican fillings. There are also some pretty dazzling cocktails.
