Senor Ceviche, the vibrant Peruvian barbecue and ceviche restaurant and pisco cocktail bar in Kingly Court has just launched a new Peruvian street food offering.
Harry Edmeades, Senor Ceviche owner came across the delicious, moreish and popular sanguichitos or, mini street food sandwiches in Lima, where they are widely available and decided to introduce them to London. There are three to choose from: Quinoa (quinoa and black bean sanguichito with aji panca and mango salsa, cheddar, tarragon mayo and salsa criolla); Chicharone (slow cooked crispy pork belly with sweet potato puree, Peruvian hot sauce, tarragon mayo and salsa criolla) and Atun y salmon (tuna and salmon with avocado, red onion, miso and honey salsa). The sanguichitos are priced between £4 and 5 and available daily.
