Sagardi Offers Special Tolosaldea Menu for Ox Season

As the autumn unfolds, with it comes Ox Season, Spain’s annual celebration of this beloved and culturally important meat from the Basque Country.

To mark this culinary event, Sagardi London has launched a delectable Tolosaldea menu, available until Sunday 11th December 2016.

Named after the small city where the famous Tolosa black bean is grown, the Tolosaldea menu (£90 per person for a minimum of two people) also showcases the renowned Galician Buey Ox Txuletón, roasted and hand-peeled fresh red piquillo peppers and cheese from the Aralar Mountain Range.
