Pittabun is now open at 4 Newburgh Street in Soho and it’s an utter revelation. Bouncy, delectable, specially made pitta buns are generously stuffed with the best quality ingredients including unctuous, slow cooked lamb shoulder, chargrilled chicken thighs, slow cooked pork neck, panko-crusted fried cod fillets and chargrilled beef short rib patties, as well as sensational salad, herbs and sauces. Pittabun is the third venture from renowned Greek Chefs/Owners Georgianna Chiliadaki, Nikos Roussos and their UK partner Andreas Labridis, the brains behind two-Michelin-starred Athens restaurant Funky Gourmet and Marylebone’s contemporary Greek comfort food restaurant, OPSO.
