With its fun vibe, unique take on Asian food complemented by pickles and brilliant Shoreditch location, Pickled Fred has been pulling in the punters since it opened in September. Now there’s even more reason to visit, however, as the team have come up with a new weekend brunch menu catering to vegans, vegetarians and carnivores alike.
Think Halloumi Fries with harissa yoghurt and pomegranate or Chermoula Aubergine with labneh, dukkah, pickled cherry tomatoes, rocket, feta and cous cous (pictured). For something more substantial, try one of their trademark flatbreads including Fred’s Benedict, with Sichuan bacon, two poached eggs and yuzu hollandaise.
If the mood strikes you, why not make it bottomless? Choose a flatbread of your choice and as many Bloody Marys or glasses of Aperol Spritz or Prosecco as you desire in 90 minutes for just £25.
