
To celebrate its second birthday, Pachamama, the Peruvian-inspired restaurant and bar in the heart of Marylebone launches an inventive and fun new take on the traditional Mexican snack, the taco.
Available from Tuesday, 18th October at lunch only (12-3pm Tuesday to Friday) and priced between £5.50 and £7, Pachamama’s tacos are an exciting addition to the lunchtime menu and make the ideal quick and delectable bite to eat, whether you want them as a light lunch or a side dish.
There are six new tacos, made with either white or blue corn soft, gluten-free tortilla wraps to choose from. The ‘blue’ tacos include Ceviche, with crispy fried seabass, sweet potato, radish, salsa criolla; the Duck & Rice Taco with confit duck, spicy rice, charred corn, green lettuce and the Pulled Lamb Taco, lamb shoulder, jalapeno cream sauce, corinader.
‘White’ tacos include the Chicken Anticucho made with grilled chicken, jerk sauce, guacamole, red cabbage; Blackened Cod Taco, with blackened cod, black beans, guacamole, red onions and finally, the Green Taco with green lettuce, edamame, guacamole and crispy kale. All are available ‘naked’, without the taco itself.
