Islington’s exciting new residency, Smoke & Salt, is now serving an all-day Sunday brunch (1130 – 1800). Chefs Aaron Webster and Remi Williams will offer their interesting take on everyone’s favourite part of the weekend.
Smoke & Salt’s reinvention of brunch draws its inspiration from across the globe. Remi and Aaron’s Sunday brunch is unique and original with dishes like Highland wagyu with egg; their Hake ‘Jansson’s temptation’, forked potato and crispy mornay sauce; The “Uni” breakfast of black and white beans with eggs, or a Half buttermilk-fried chicken with baby-gem and plantain.
This exciting brunch will be accompanied by Smoke & Salt’s inventive cocktail menu and full drinks list, including a spiced Bloody Mary, The Shy Pear made with Gin and lavender, a Mimosa, or the Rhubard fusion with grapefruit and bubbles. And if cocktails are not your thing for brunch then the list of great wines won’t disappoint.
