New Autumn Afternoon Tea and Thanksgiving menus at The Magazine

The Magazine restaurant at Serpentine Sackler Gallery is launching a splendid new Autumn Afternoon Tea offering from November, as well as a special Thanksgiving menu for one night only.

Available from 1 November and priced at £25 including a Cherry and Black Pepper Collins cocktail, The Autumn Afternoon Tea includes delectable savoury dishes such as Smoked Halibut, Wild Horseradish and Mint Gremolata and Duck Ham, Parley Root and Black Truffle. Those with a sweet tooth, meanwhile, will enjoy Home baked Buttermilk Scones, Vanilla Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam or Rum Parfait, Cardamom and Cinnamon. 

What’s more, to celebrate the American holiday of Thanksgiving, The Magazine will be offering a special Thanksgiving Menu for one night only on Thursday 24th November. During the evening, there will also be a live jazz band playing American songs to get you in the mood. Starters include Gin Cured Salmon, Beetroot and Smoked Crème Fraîche, while mains feature Slow Roasted Turkey, Honey Glazed Carrot and Maple Bacon Sprouts. For desserts, there’s Pavlova of pumpkin and Ginger.

The Thanksgiving menu us priced at £45 for three courses including a cocktail or £65 with American wine pairings.
