Peruvian-inspired restaurant group, Pachamama (Pachamama and Chicama restaurants) and the team behind Barsol, have recently launched ‘Masters of Pisco’.
Masters of Pisco is a collaboration that brings together some of the best bartenders from Peru and the rest of Latin America in London for a series of exciting monthly residencies.
Over the next 10 months, Barsol and Pachamama Group are inviting Peru’s finest bartenders to London to demonstrate the innovative ways of using their beloved national spirit, Pisco, to create a range of groundbreaking new cocktails.
This month, Rodrigo Soto Delgado will be in residence from November 21st-26th. With more than 12 years experience in the industry, Rodrigo has worked in bars and restaurants all over the world, including Jaime Pesaque’s Peruvian restaurant and Pisco bar, Nuna.
