LOBOS Meat & Tapas to open on 15th June

June 2, 2015

Set to open on Monday, 15th June right next to Borough Market, LOBOS Meat & Tapas Bar is an exciting concept and the first project for Head Chef Roberto Castro and a group of friends who met working at Tapas Brindisa, together with a Singaporean investor who has a few restaurants dotted across London.

Lobos, meaning wolves in Spanish, will be a carnivore’s paradise, focusing on the prime cuts of Iberico pig, milk-fed Castillan lamb and beef from The Ginger Pig alongside a short, sharp list of tapas. Roberto, Joel and Ruben, the team behind LOBOS Meat & Tapas will work closely with local Borough Market traders to source the ingredients and the menu will change frequently depending on what is available from the market. LOBOS is a 50-cover, split level restaurant and bar open daily from 11am to 11pm.
