In the mood for summer with Galley’s new menu

Ever since it opened in January, Galley has been a whirlwind success, notably for its exceptional fish dishes, not to mention dazzling cocktails and slick interior.

The good news is there are further treats in store with their new summer menu, with small plates including Sea Bream Carpaccio, chilli, lime & mint, Chargrilled Tiger Prawns, mango, paw paw, lime & chilli salsa and Marinated Watermelon, feta, watercress, pinenuts and Szechuan pepper.

Highlights from the large dish selection include Halibut, crispy skin, butter poached leaks, asparagus and wild garlic sauce, and Lobster Linguine with cherry tomatoes.

Galley
