On Tuesday 16th of June, Hook, creative, fresh, sustainable fish and chips will launch at Brixton’s eagerly anticipated Pop. Hook Brixton will have 18 covers inside, 100 in the greenhouse and offers takeaway but does not take bookings. It will be open all day 12 – 10pm.
Hook Brixton will serve the highest quality sustainable, spankingly fresh fish, offering not only a more original but also a healthier take on this best loved British staple. Healthier flavored tempura style batters are used in the place of the more conventional beer batter. Fish crusted in panko crumbs laced with house grinded and roasted spices Cuban, Cajun and Jamaican jerk seasonings are all made from scratch and make this an utterly addictive and irresistible new way to enjoy the nation’s favorite food with a little less guilt.
