Back by popular demand Hawksmoor’s Christmas Burger is here again to liven up the festive season. Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without the Hawksmoor Christmas Burger. Turkey topped with a sausage patty made from Ginger Pig Tamworth pork, along with crispy smoked bacon, sprout tops, spiced cranberry ketchup, a cheeky slice of Ogleshield cheese and turkey gravy for you to French Dip the whole thing in. Available from Monday 23th November at Hawksmoor Knightsbridge and Hawksmoor Spitalfields Bar.
Alongside the Hawksmoor Christmas Burger the Spitalfields Bar will also be serving the Christmas Nugget. As you can imagine it is unlike any nugget you may have stumbled across before. With minced buttermilk fried turkey thigh, Ginger pigs in blankets (a Ginger Pig sausage patty and bacon) wrapped around a melting cheese sauce core with a panko crumb, served with cranberry ketchup.
The Bar team at Hawksmoor Spitalfields have also created a fabulous collection of Christmas Desert Island Drinks available from 1st December.
