Back by popular demand Hawksmoor’s Christmas Burger is here again to liven up the festive season. Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without the Hawksmoor Christmas Burger. A juicy slab of buttermilk fried turkey topped with a sausage patty made from Ginger Pig Tamworth pork, along with crispy smoked bacon, sprout tops, spiced cranberry ketchup, a cheeky slice of Ogleshield cheese and turkey gravy for you to French Dip the whole thing in
Alongside the Hawksmoor Christmas Burger the Spitafields Bar will also be serving the Christmas Nugget. As you can imagine it is unlike any nugget you may have stumbled across before. With minced buttermilk fried turkey thigh, Ginger pigs in blankets (a Ginger Pig sausage patty and bacon) wrapped around a melting cheese sauce core with a panko crumb, served with cranberry ketchup
The Bar team at Hawksmoor Spitafields have also created a fabulous collection of Christmas Desert Island Drinks. New drinks include Holidays are Coming a sweet and refreshing mix of Wild Turkey Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth, Pomegranate Syrup, Mint and Coca Cola or a Gold, Frankincense & Byrrh a super refreshing blend of Gold rum, Byrrh, Banana liqueur, lemon juice and Frankincense syrup or a Gin Gina a wining combination Gin, Aperol and lemon topped with Orangina served in a giant ball-ball.
The Hawksmoor Christmas Burger and the Christmas Nugget will be available from 24th November.
