Fraq’s Lobster Shack, an exciting new thirty-cover eat in/takeout seafood joint is set to launch in mid November at 55 Goodge Street, W1T 1TQ. The short and sweet menu will feature a handful of dishes hailing from the East Coast, USA with a focus on perfectly cooked lobster and seafood. One particular dish, currently being perfected, is sure to set discerning fast food lovers hearts racing. Average spend will be around £25 a head with wine.
Andrea and Alberto Fraquelli, the dynamic brothers behind Fraq’s Lobster Shack have the restaurant business pumping through their veins, as third generation members of the family behind the hugely successful restaurant group Metropolitan Restaurants.
