Foxlow launches Weekend Brunch

November 5, 2014

When Will and Huw opened Foxlow, almost exactly a year ago, they wanted to create a restaurant with a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere based around the kind of things people love to eat. The menu has come a long way since then, growing longer and becoming more varied. New additions include Foxlow Fried Chicken with Habanero Vinegar, Dexter Burger, Tamworth Ribeye, Curried Brixham Mussles and not forgetting the decadent Elvis Presley Sandwich dessert, already a classic.

But perhaps the most exciting addition is the new brunch at Foxlow. Only fifteen months in the making (!) it is now finally ready and it was definitely worth the wait. Brunch dishes include Fried Chicken & Egg, Croissant Waffle, Moroccan Eggs with Sobrasda Toast, Montecristo Cronut and the All Day Breakfast Burger  ” a burger shaped celebration of hangover-cure fry-ups at numerous London caffs over the years.” which is sure to cure any hangover.

Lighter dishes include Homemade Ricotta & London Honey, Roast Plums, Waffle and Greek Yoghurt, Sweet Potato & Kale Hash and Avocado , Chillli and Lime on Toast.

As well as serving Bottomless Bloody Marys and Hawksmoor’s Shaky Pete’s Ginger Brews, Foxlow bar team has created a range of new drinks including Wild Oats Flip (Chivas Regal, Porridge Syrup, Whole Egg), Gamma Ray Michelada (Pale Ale, Lime, Spice Mix), Aperol Spritz Slushy  (Aperol, Prosecco, Soda) and Honeydew Salty Dog (Vodka, Melon, Salt). The team has also collaborated with Ryan and Iain from the award-winning Hoxton bar White Lyan to develop a bottled brunch cocktail. Non-alcoholic brunch drinks include cold brew coffee from Minor Figures and Foxlow Green Juice (Cucumber, Celery, Apple).

Foxlow Brunch can be booked for tables from Saturday, 6 December.
