Recently the chefs at Foxlow Clerkenwell have endeavored to create the ultimate sandwich.
Throughout the year, Head Chef Jon and the team will be coming up with a new lunch sandwich for each season, starting this month with the great rare-breed Tamworth Pork Belly Sandwich made with rolled confit pork belly, seasoned with cayenne & dipped in Madeira gravy between a toasted bun, with baby gem lettuce, celeriac and Kohlrabi slaw, pork crackling and a touch of sriracha, mustard & mayo, served with herb fries for £13.
