In an attempt to better the Hawksmoor Christmas Burger, Foxlow’s resident Earl of Sandwich, Lewis Hannaford, (of Ribwich fame) has created the world’s greatest Christmas sandwich. The Foxlow Christmas sandwich has a big think slice of smoked turkey, a chargrilled sausage patty, crispy bacon, sprout tops and a tart cranberry ketchup served in a toasted brioche bun with bubble and squeak hash browns and gravy on the side.
You can follow this with an incredible Mulled Wine Soft Serve Sundae with PX Ladyfingers for dipping which has been especially created, by Hawksmoor’s Head Pastry Chef Carla Henriques, for all this people who don’t like Christmas Pudding.
The Foxlow Christmas sandwich is available from 2nd December.
