This September marks the start of an exciting new collaboration between Sipsmith Distillery, pioneers of the London gin renaissance and Camino, Londoners favourite tapas bars and restaurants.
First up is the signature Pink Rosemary Barrel Infused Gin exclusive to Camino, available at all four Camino tapas bars (Shoreditch, King’s Cross, Bankside and Monument) from Monday, 10th September to Sunday, 30th September. Working together with Sipsmith, Hannah Russo and Lucas Campbell, Camino’s Head of Drinks created the bespoke Camino Gin, an infusion of Sipsmith London Dry Gin, rosemary and bitters. The exquisite cocktail is served with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic in large goblets, Spanish-style and priced at £11.
The Winter Sipping Bar by Sipsmith will follow, launching on Friday 2nd November at Camino Bankside. The popular Bankside terrace will be transformed for the festive season, decorated with wreaths and lanterns, while blankets and outdoor heaters to keep everyone warm. The pop up bar will feature winter warming cocktails created especially for the occasion using the range of Sipsmith gins: hot gin & tonics, mulled gin and sloe gin cocktails. The full list will be revealed closer to the launch. The Winter Sipping Bar by Sipsmith will be open until the end of the year.
