Celebrated for its incredible food and beautiful interior design, now there’s another reason to visit Delamina, with the launch of their sensational new brunch menu.
Available on weekends and bank holidays from 10.30am-4pm, the menu reflects chef Limor’s eclectic eastern Mediterranean roots, with a focus on herbs, spices and vegetarian dishes. True to the Delamina style, the brunch dishes are wholesome, healthy and unique.
For something hearty, try the ‘Benedict Balagan’ with charcoaled smashed avocado & mixed peppers, sumac baby spinach and poached eggs, paprika hollandaise, nigella seeds & crispy kale on toasted English muffins; or Fried egg on turkey shawarma with dates & pine nuts on pita tahini drizzle.
Elsewhere, the Vegetable & feta pashtida is a type of Israeli quiche and Pita paradise, topped with mascarpone, honey, pistachios, cashews & seasonal fruit, then baked, is perfect for those craving something sweet yet still healthy.
