Canto Corvino is a brand new 140-cover modern Italian restaurant and bar in the heart of Spitalfields at 21 Artillery Lane. Canto Corvino, meaning song of the raven (a reference to the road’s former name, Raven’s Row), serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week and weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Canto Corvino is the third restaurant from Andrew and Ninai Zarach, owners of the hugely successful Manicomio restaurants in Chelsea and the City with Head chef Tom Salt in charge of this exceptional new kitchen. Highlights from Tom’s menu include: Saltmarsh lamb ribs with smoked aubergine & sesame, Beef Carpaccio, fermented kohlrabi, reggiano & hazelnuts, Organic Rhug Estate chicken brodo, soft egg & capellini and Hake, Lardo, Castelluccio lentils & rosemary. A Feasting menu can be enjoyed in the 24 seat private dining room, while weekend brunch menu features Hot smoked salmon bagels with burrata & beetroot and Short rib hash with fried eggs & devilled jus.
The interior is sleek and industrial, drawing on the warehouse aesthetic and the trading heritage of the Spitalfields area.
