Camino launches an exciting new menu for spring/summer

April 6, 2017

Spring has finally sprung and with it comes a brand new spring/summer menu, at Spanish restaurant and bar group, Camino. Executive Chef Nacho Del Campo has come up with several new dishes influenced by his roots.

Available at all Camino sites, the new menu will include that refreshing summertime favourite, Chorizo Riojano (with red onion, green peppers and fresh oregano), Lamb cutlet (with sautéed mange tout and spiced aubergine purée), and Ibérico meatballs (cooked in a rich tomato, pepper and almond
sauce). Fish dishes meanwhile include Ceviche and Octopus (with chickpea and beetroot purée, paprika and extra virgin olive oil).

New, perfectly refreshing and thirst quenching cocktails for spring, created by Hannah Duffy and her team of bartenders, include Lola’s Passion (Vilarnau cava, Absolut Vanilia, Seville orange marmalade and lemon).

Furthermore, don’t miss the beloved Bottomless Tapas Brunch at Camino Bankside, available on weekends from 11am to 3.30pm. Priced at just £30 per person and featuring unlimited Vilarnau Reserva Cava or Cava Mimosas plus any three tapas.
