On Thursday 25th February, Bukowski Grill will open a flagship, 70-cover, all-day restaurant and bar situated in the heart of Soho at 10 D’arblay Street. This impressive new site is the third and somewhat different venue from Chef/ Owner/ Designer Robin Freeman.
Inspired by an American diner, Bukowski Grill showcases carefully-sourced British produce cooked over charcoal in a josper oven as well as their signature range of well-loved hamburgers, adventurous toppings and in-house-made condiments.
Bukowski Soho will be open all day and features a large range of dishes such as cassoulet with smoked Toulouse sausage and confit duck leg, Swaledale lamb cutlets with smokey chilli jelly and Deep-fried cream cracker coated smoked haddock with clam chowder, weekly changing blackboard specials, weekday breakfasts and an incredible new weekend brunch. The drinks offering showcases world wines as well as a celebrated list of beer from local breweries and a expanding list of bottled and aged cocktails.
