Brighton Way Launches Weekend Brunch

November 11, 2014

Brighton Way, which opened its doors last month, is fast becoming a Streatham stalwart. With its laid back atmosphere and excellent all day offering, it is the neighbourhood eatery we all wish we had. And now with the launch of their fabulous Brunch Menu the residents of Streatham will be the envy of London.

The Brighton Way Brunch Menu is a real crowd pleaser with something to please even the pickiest of eaters (or the worst of hangovers). All the pork at Brighton Way is sourced from Head Chef and owner David Massey’s family farm in Leicestershire. Those ordering the Full English breakfast will be able to sample the delicious sweet cured bacon and Cumberland sausages which are served alongside fried eggs, baked beans, mushroom, grilled tomato, sautéed potatoes and toast. For the vegetarians the Veggie Breakfast is sure to satisfy with its wining combination of fried eggs, potato and rocket cake, pan fried Halloumi, mushroom, grilled tomato, spinach and toast. There are also Eggs Royale, Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine along with Poached Smoked Haddock with spinach, poached egg and Hollandaise sauce.

There is also a selection of fabulous sandwiches and Panini’s alongside an assortment of pastries and cakes. The coffee is supplied by local speciality roaster, Volcano Coffee, who are based just down the road in West Norwood.

With its warm inviting atmosphere and comfy sofas Brighton Way is the perfect spot for a lazy Autumn Brunch.
