Having made a name for itself as the one of a kind 1950’s VW camper food truck serving seafood extravagance kerbside and popping up at street food markets, festivals, fashion shows and events since 2013, BOB’s Lobster has now opened in its first permanent site, at 71, St. Thomas Street, London Bridge, SE1 9AL.
Founders and childhood friends Rob Dann and Jamie Watts received rave reviews and many accolades for their American seafood and wine pop-ups. And so, it was a natural step for them to open permanently under the revamped arches of London Bridge.
Using the very best quality local ingredients, with Native lobster coming from the south coast and the Shetlands, the team are excited to share their most incredible and memorable dishes. Street food signature plates include Ahi Tuna Tacos, Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese and the famous Lobster & Crayfish Roll (an astoundingly delicious combination of a soft custom brioche packed with lobster claw, tail, knuckle & sweet crayfish with rapeseed mayo and house celery salt).
