
It has been a busy year for Baozilnn Group with their flagship, three floor Borough restaurant and bar opening next month and plans for a second Market Hall site on the cards at Lakeside. The team at Baozilnn Soho has not stood still either and have been busy creating a wonderful new selection of Northern Chinese street food and all-day Cantonese Dim Sum, with a brand-new menu that has recently launched at Romilly Street.
Some of the exceptional new dishes include Crispy fried tofu, Cucumber in chillies and the ever so fiery Shredded chicken in Chef’s special red oil. Other favourites include the Asparagus with garlic or XO sauce that is perfectly cooked with just the right amount of bite and the moorish Steamed Scallops with garlic, XO or spicy sambal sauce that are just exquisite – delicately steamed and infused with flavour on a bed of soupy glass noodles. Finally, the Chef’s special king prawns with crispy noodles in ginger and spring onion sauce are a real showstopper.
