
The award winning Maida Vale pub, The Truscott Arms has a brilliant new early spring menu from the talented head chef Aidan McGee. Having arrived at The Truscott Arms last August, Aidan has quickly made his mark with clever, reasonably priced dishes featuring only the finest seasonal ingredients from the very best suppliers. The new menu includes Veal Sweetbreads, lavender honey, hazelnuts, endive and Longsword Farm duck, beetroot, pomegranate, smoked duck hearts, earl Grey sauce to start; Halibut, smoked clams, salsify, pink onions, sea beets, cider sauce and South Downs lamb (neck and tongue), baby leeks, broad beans, potatoes, heirloom tomatoes main courses.
The new menu can be sampled at dinner Wednesday to Saturday and Saturday lunch in the lovely upstairs dining room.
