Aidan McGee, talented new chef at The Truscott Arms

Aidan McGee, newly arrived at The Truscott Arms from Launceston Place and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal has just launched his first a la carte menu for this popular, beautifully renovated Maida Vale pub.

Aidan is a chef of outstanding calibre, his streamlined, clear and concise dishes communicate deeply held beliefs about what matters: the very best ingredients, flavours and taste experience. His new reasonably priced menu (£29 for two courses, £34 of three) is available Wednesday to Saturday in the first floor dining room.

Dishes include: Cornish crab, cucumber soup, pickled cucumber radish and cucumber flowers to start; slow cooked beef rib, smoked potato, carrots and beef sauce and Roasted cod, smoked mussels, baby leeks in house cider and butter sauce to follow.
